Welcome to the Prime Partner App, a business growth platform designed for Indian traders, dealers, and distributors. By enrolling in the Prime Partner Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access, usage, and participation in both the Free and Premium Prime Partner plans. We offer two membership options: 🟢 Premium Prime Partner (₹11,000 / 365 Days) Exclusive membership offering area rights, marketing tools, credit benefits, and personalized business support. ⚪ Free Partner (No Cost / 365 Days) Basic access to the platform with limited tools, standard updates, and shared area access. The membership is valid for 1 year (365 days) and can be renewed upon expiry. To become a Prime Partner, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Own or represent a registered business or shop. Provide valid identification, GST (if applicable), and address proof. Accept that one Premium Partner is allowed per pincode for exclusive rights. Premium Prime Partner Exclusive pincode rights (only one partner per area). Access to premium dashboard modules such as: Area Exclusivity Credit Facility Support Marketing & Promotion Exclusive Gifts & Branding Prime Partner Sale Reports Premium-only Benefits Shop name and custom banner on the Agricul Platform. Credit limit up to ₹5,00,000* (subject to approval and business verification). Personalized marketing creatives, festival gifts, and yearly rewards. Priority WhatsApp and phone support. Monthly business training sessions & updates. Free Partner Access to basic business tools such as: Inventory, Report, Sales, Expense, Income, Stock Management No area exclusivity (multiple partners may operate in the same region). Standard support for 6 months. Basic updates and limited marketing access.
Premium Plan fees are ₹11,000 per year (inclusive of all applicable taxes). Payment is non-refundable once processed. Renewal reminders will be sent before plan expiry. Failure to renew within 7 days of expiry will result in deactivation of exclusive rights. All data submitted or uploaded on the Prime Partner App (including invoices, contacts, or shop information) remains confidential. We ensure secure data handling and do not share business data without consent. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Credit benefits are subject to verification and eligibility review. Prime Partner reserves the right to approve or modify the credit limit based on business performance. Rewards, gifts, and incentives may vary based on campaigns or region. Prime Partner App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases: Misuse of platform or false information. Violation of exclusivity rights or misuse of promotional materials. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Termination will result in immediate removal of access and rights without refund.
